DESIGN THE FUTURE YOU DESERVE! Former F-15 Fighter Pilot Founder and CEO, multiple companies and exits. 11x Inc 500/5000 Winner (Inc Hall of fame) Voted Forbes ‘Small Giant’ Current Private Equity Firm CEO and investor Board Member Globally renowned speaker and author Former SEC Baseball Player Dad, outdoorsman, and outspoken veteran advocate What I would love to help you with…   Designing the future, the future you and your family want and desperately deserve. Ever said this to yourself...? If he or she can do it, then why can’t I? I went from farm boy to fighter pilot in 16 months based on these concepts, and created an entire industry that has trained millions and created billions of dollars in revenue for my clients. I will help you design your new future and guide you into your next chapter. You can’t predict the future, but we can design the one you want!   Building a ‘can’t fail’ Ethos in you and your team. Fighter Pilots live and die based on our ability to execute and learn faster than our enemies, all while flying a thousand miles per hour. Is this concept holding you and your dream team back? I will show you how to survive, thrive and dominate regardless of your challenge! Coach Tom Coughlin asked me to train the NY Giants in these techniques to an epic turn around season to win the Super Bowl.   Creating Execution Rhythm. What is this? You and your team’s ability to execute not just at the same rate of change in the market but ahead of these changes. How to be a market leader verses a follower. These methods will drive added margin and EBITDA every time. Using a scalable heuristic to pull verses push your team into the future creates an inspiring environment one that Michael Dell, Intel’s CEO Pat Gelsinger, and Target’s CEO Brian Cornell have all experienced with me. Let’s work together on your Execution Rhythm.   Truth over Artificial Harmony the #1 pitfall of most leaders today. To scale and to be agile, leaders need a psychologically safe environment to introspect the wins and most importantly losses we incur daily in life and business. If you cannot get to the truth from your team or they cannot get the same from you as a leader, you will fail and fail fast. I will teach you the secret weapon 99% of businesses overlook and have no clue on how use. Debriefing in open verses closed ranks will put up wins fast. We will uncover not only the cause of an error or success but most importantly the root causes keeping you from improving. Using this tool, you and your team will execute the next mission at least 60%+ better after each session. 60+%? What would this do to your team? To your life?   I can help you with Start Up’s, understanding Private Equity and Funds, creating and protecting Intellectual Property, Professional Speaking, building a Consulting Practice, building High Performance Teams, Military Aviation Tactics, Hunting, Fishing, raising young men

William is the CEO and Founder of $1B (AUM) private equity firm Milestone Partners. William is an expert in business, ethics, and behavioral neuroscience. Unlike many celebrity “experts” William has a rigorous academic and professional grounding, having researched and worked at world leading institutions. A child of drug addicts and a survivor of abuse, molestation, and abandonment William Wells overcame his difficult start in life to attend Biola University on full scholarship (BA, philosophy & theology). He later earned masters degrees from MIT (real estate development), USC (MBA), Johns Hopkins (biotech; regulatory science), King’s College London (neuroscience), and Edinburgh (philosophy). At Cambridge (PhD, Land Economy) he researches behavioral finance, specifically arbitrage in real estate private equity investment structures. His research at the world renowned Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience at University College London (PhD Cognitive Neuroscience) focuses on gathering neuroimaging data on the difference between prescriptive moral judgments and social signaling. His doctoral work at Oxford (DPhil, philosophy) examined the neuroscience of morality. While at Oxford he played fullback, guard, and defensive end for the American Football team where he earned a blue among other team honors. William is a sought after speaker, consultant, and lecturer with expertise in leadership, behavior, ethics, cognitive science, moral psychology, neuroscience, neuroeconomics, entrepreneurship, biotech, venture capital, real estate, banking, and finance. — FAQ Q: You seem to do a lot of things. I want your help, but where should I begin? A: You’re right. I do a lot, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Unsurprisingly, people often solicit my help within my specific domains of expertise, such as real estate, finance, behavior, management, or career development. Q: Why else do your clients reach out? A: People also reach out when they need to consult with someone who has a unique interdisciplinary perspective to help identify problems or opportunities. It’s also not uncommon for people to contact me when they have an especially tough issue and need someone to provide creative out of the box solutions to unique challenges. Q: Will you join my company or become a board member? A: Probably not, but maybe. I have accepted grants of equity through Minnect, but it has to make sense given your company, my skillset, and our mutual values. Q: Can you give me personal, relationship, academic, or career advice? A: Yes! In fact it turns out this is the majority of what I do. I have been coaching people for over 20 years. My unique life experience and educational expertise makes me an ideal person to help others become the best version of themselves. Q: What’s the best way to ask your advice? A: I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to provide me with as much specific detail as possible when you reach out.

My name is David, but many of you may know me as Minnect Support. Born in Miami, the son of Cuban🇨🇺 immigrants and a first generation college student at Harvard. I majored in Economics with a minor in Psychology, with some stat classes sprinkled throughout. 🎓Upon graduating in the midst of the pandemic, I began my career at Gartner. I was a Business Strategy and Operations Associate for about two years. During this time frame, I helped shape Gartner’s digital event strategy and developed tools that optimized Client Success Associates’ abilities to serve clients. During my client facing rotation, I worked with Heads of Finance and Real Estate, some from Salesforce, Abode, Whole Foods, etc., on their mission critical initiatives while simultaneously revolutionizing how clients were served by developing a framework orientated around the client’s job to be done. 👨‍💻I made a lateral pivot into Product by joining a team derived from a start-up Gartner had just acquired. I worked in a multitude of features until I was elevated to the task of integrating Gartner’s Peer Community into their event portfolio, allowing for the continuation of an in-person experience on a digital platform. 🚣🏼‍♀️I rowed for nearly 8 years. In high school, I was a two-time Scholastic National Champion and won the Lightweight 8+ Youth National Championship by open water my senior year. I then walked on to the Men’s Harvard Lightweight Rowing team, where my accolades include a gold medal at Eastern Sprints and a silver medal at the Head of the Charles Regatta, the largest regatta in North America. Since then, I have dabbled in strength training. I’ve competed in two powerlifting competitions and won bronze at my second event totaling ~1275 pounds. Other than that, my hobbies including cooking, reading, enjoying nature, 👾gaming🎮 and hanging out with my dog Kingpin🐶 Thanks for using
