As a manager of people and process, I have over 20 years of personal experience in getting things unstuck, both inside and outside of work. I’ve taken over stalled projects and pushed them to completion, untangled accounting messes, developed workflows and documented processes, been the auditor and worked with auditors, grown reach and teams - and that’s just the beginning. I’ve also burned the candle at both ends for way too long and been so exhausted that doing the next right thing felt impossible. At one point I was working 15 hour days while co-managing a household with 2 young children (one on the Autism spectrum) and a puppy, and also caring for aging and disabled parents in a separate household. I’m happy to report that’s no longer my situation and I’ve restored time in my schedule to do things I love again (see photo), but if it’s yours, I see you. Are you stuck and imploding? Are you afraid of getting to that point? Let me help you course correct and avoid stormy seas.

At 49, I am vastly experienced . I am licensed CSL MA which means I am a State qualified professional. Along with the continued education to maintain the builders license. Bringing together all my construction, building, cabinet building, kitchen, bathroom, landscape, hardcore and overall design and know how to hopefully answer any question you may have. With this home appliances fall into the mix. Plumbing, electrical, and minor HVAC experience but I have to know how all these building components function. Real Estate development is a passion of mine and construction is real estate! I build my own roads and build everything in between. I can walk into a house whether it was built in 1880 or 1960 and diagnose potential issues, or decipher which strengths the property has to offer. My second small business falls under food service, hospitality. Health and wellness is a part of it. By creating food with quality components that provide fuel for the body. Being a chef allows me to create delicious food for my client’s in a catering or party atmosphere. I have opened new restaurants and have worked at 5 star resorts and fine dining establishments where arm service is a requirement. Along with creating awesome tasting food, providing excellent customer service in the hospitality field. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with the food that you consume. Working out and stretching regular maintaining a healthy body. All this allows you to compete in sports at a high level and achieve success as a sports performer. I’ll share one thing I wish I knew when I was younger. That is hard work and practice does pay off. That there are certain things to work on to make you a better athlete. I have learned these as I got older. I currently play on a few different teams. I play flag football and men’s baseball. Both very competitive. In addition, I play tennis, basketball, golf and many other competitive and physical games/sports. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions! I’m going to start at $10 - wanted to do $5 but they have a set minimum. But I believe time is money. And I truly do know how to put a value on time. My final category or know how is trading. Day trading and reading charts. I began reading the Wall Street journal when I was 14. The first two stocks I purchased were LoJack and Intel. And I purchased NVDA in the year 2000. Though trading short term and long term are two different animals. I have an uncanny ability to layout chart patterns and read levels on a daily basis. Reading charts on different time frames help in deciding where that chart will go.
