Hello! It’s me - The Biz Doc - an expert on business growth, operations, startups, leadership, strategy, and fundraising. You may have seen me on the PBD Podcast or doing case studies on the Biz Doc Podcast on Valuetainment (YouTube / Spotify).
How I Can Help:
Ask me about business / startup topics or something else. Your success is my goal!
- I can help you get you from where you are today to where you want to be.
- As a seasoned operator that has founded, grown and sold multiple companies (and endured challenges and hardships along the way), odds are that I have been exactly where you are today - and have felt every bit of the stress, fatigue, exhilaration, defeat, and anxiety that you might be experiencing now.
- I can look you in the eye and say I understand because I DO understand because I have been there… and found a way to succeed.
Why schedule a 1:1 Video call with me?
1. You are a founder that is "way too busy" and feels trapped. Maybe your team is not "ready" or "under-powered" and you wish they could do more or have been hoping they would step-up. You want and need a staff plan that fixes this and enables the business to pick up speed while taking some burden off you.
2. You have a sensitive situation with a key member of your team and want to process a plan. You are cautious about talking to anybody internally (perhaps it’s not appropriate or it might leak and cause issues) but want to bounce some ideas and strategize with someone who understands your situation.
3. You have a general business issue that you want to process and test some ideas. Maybe it’s re-organizing your team or considering an acquisition or bringing on a partner. We can have these type of conversations in private, so it will not leak to your team or spook them.
4. You want to optimize your presentation deck and test your story as you engage in fundraising. I understand how venture capitalists, private investors, and private equity firms think. I can give you feedback and help optimize your story so that you’re ready to approach investors with confidence
5. You want to be prepared for an eventual sale that brings you the top price. How do you work with an investment banker to present your company and run the process? How do you structure your team today so you are ready for the sale in the future. What things will the buyers be looking for and how do they prioritize them? How do you put a value on the business in the first place? How do you sell the business and not end up handcuffed to the buyer as a perpetual consultant? I have successfully navigated this jungle, and can help you build a plan to succeed.
Something else? Ask me a quick text question and we can see if a 1:1 video call makes sense.
Let’s take you and your business higher!
I promise to leave you better than I found you!

Minnect me, and let's turn an old strip club into a headquarters to fight human trafficking! All Minnect money goes to Helping Captives.
Are you the type of investor who asks, “How will funding your organization improve the overall situation?” or “Is this the right amount of money for your organization to bring about real change?”
If that's the case, I am looking for you.
In 2006, I was an addict, a party boy, couldn't commit to any job or relationship for more than two months, and was a high school dropout.
In 2007, I encountered God through a dream and have been speaking and planting ministries and charities ever since.
I am the Founder and CEO of Helping Captives (an anti-trafficking organization in the Pacific Northwest) and Bikers Helping Captives (a motorcycle ministry).
I am a Christian, Husband, Father, Community Leader, and Public Speaker with over 15 years of Non-Profit and Ministry Executive leadership experience.
Over the last 15 years, I have been blessed to lead teams that have led thousands of people into a relationship with Jesus Christ, helped over 200 sex trafficking survivors, raised millions of dollars to implement ministry ideas, opened successful enterprises that include a thrift store, coffee company, and successful events.
God has also allowed me to plant organizations that have overseen hundreds of outreaches to the streets, provided millions of dollars of food to hungry kids and families, helped launch a youth center, opened transitional housing for young adults, and remodeled a schoolhouse to house trafficked victims.
Today, I am working on turning a local closed-down strip club into a facility for emergency and stabilization care for sex trafficked victims.
My biggest desire is to help people figure out their calling to impact our culture for Christ.
If you need advice on how to grow in your faith, get out of addiction, be a better dad or husband, how to implement your ministry idea, or need encouragement. Hit me up; I would love to help.

What I would love to help you with…
Designing the future, the future you and your family want and desperately deserve. Ever said this to yourself...? If he or she can do it, then why can’t I?
I went from farm boy to fighter pilot in 16 months based on these concepts, and created an entire industry that has trained millions and created billions of dollars in revenue for my clients. I will help you design your new future and guide you into your next chapter. You can’t predict the future, but we can design the one you want!
Building a ‘can’t fail’ Ethos in you and your team. Fighter Pilots live and die based on our ability to execute and learn faster than our enemies, all while flying a thousand miles per hour. Is this concept holding you and your dream team back? I will show you how to survive, thrive and dominate regardless of your challenge! Coach Tom Coughlin asked me to train the NY Giants in these techniques to an epic turn around season to win the Super Bowl.
Creating Execution Rhythm. What is this? You and your team’s ability to execute not just at the same rate of change in the market but ahead of these changes. How to be a market leader verses a follower. These methods will drive added margin and EBITDA every time. Using a scalable heuristic to pull verses push your team into the future creates an inspiring environment one that Michael Dell, Intel’s CEO Pat Gelsinger, and Target’s CEO Brian Cornell have all experienced with me. Let’s work together on your Execution Rhythm.
Truth over Artificial Harmony the #1 pitfall of most leaders today. To scale and to be agile, leaders need a psychologically safe environment to introspect the wins and most importantly losses we incur daily in life and business. If you cannot get to the truth from your team or they cannot get the same from you as a leader, you will fail and fail fast. I will teach you the secret weapon 99% of businesses overlook and have no clue on how use. Debriefing in open verses closed ranks will put up wins fast. We will uncover not only the cause of an error or success but most importantly the root causes keeping you from improving. Using this tool, you and your team will execute the next mission at least 60%+ better after each session. 60+%? What would this do to your team? To your life?
I can help you with Start Up’s, understanding Private Equity and Funds, creating and protecting Intellectual Property, Professional Speaking, building a Consulting Practice, building High Performance Teams, Military Aviation Tactics, Hunting, Fishing, raising young men
