I grew up in the small business community in central Canada. Watched my father navigate the municipal politics sphere after becoming a successful marketer. Once out of school, I entered the road construction industry, eventually specializing in finished product asphalt. After 17 years, I left construction to become a finance professional. 4 years later, I find myself starting a corporation in Canada to navigate the battle against laziness in a social system through Capitalism. By connecting and answering the questions you have, I hope to inspire and lead you down the road only you know how to travel. The ins and outs of life are difficult and unknown until you decide to start asking questions for yourself.

I have a 10 year background in customer service. I then shifted to oil and gas manufacturing. Started as a line worker and made my way up to operations. I left the oil and gas industry in 2016, did some individual consulting with an aviation company for a little over a year. Then I took on my latest role at a pipe manufacturing plant in Fort Worth TX. I oversee our divisions lean implementation at 6 plants throughout the US. I have been a mentor and coach to many operations and plant managers over the last 10 years. I have the proven emotional intelligence skills combined with the operational skills that allow me to be a very effective change agent.
