I have a 10 year background in customer service. I then shifted to oil and gas manufacturing. Started as a line worker and made my way up to operations. I left the oil and gas industry in 2016, did some individual consulting with an aviation company for a little over a year. Then I took on my latest role at a pipe manufacturing plant in Fort Worth TX. I oversee our divisions lean implementation at 6 plants throughout the US.
