I am an author, an entrepreneur, a 30+ year USA, Swim Coach, a DJ entertainment company owner, a swim school owner, But most importantly, a heart transplant recipient from UCLA Ronald Reagan medical Center in Los Angeles, California, in November 2023. I spent many of my years coaching and teaching students aging from five to college, I have owned an operated a DJ entertainment, full service company, including live sound and lighting. I have worked as a Motion Picture lighting technician for Hollywood local 728 with over 15 years experience in the field. I have created and owned three separate businesses on my own all successful and still running today. most importantly, I have overcome the adversity life chose to give me when my heart failed in November 2023. Knowing that the only way my story would continue is if I received a new heart. Thank you to a generous donor whom I do not know, do not know their story, but they chose to leave a final gift of Legacy after they were gone. The heart of that donor beats in my chest today, which gave me a second chance at life. With such adversity to overcome, just as I taught my students in swimming to never never never never give up. I knew if they could do it in those early cold mornings then so could I. I give my thanks to the Lord and to the incredible staff and doctors from UCLA Ronald Reagan, Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. While in the hospital, I created a philosophy that I had already taught my students. That philosophy is principles that will work in business or life. I call it the S.W.I.M. philosophy.  S. Standing for serious, you must be serious to achieve success learn to set goals and accomplish those goals. W. Stands for you must want to win. That does not mean you have to come in first place, but you must want to be better than where you are now. I. Stands for inspiration, you must self inspire yourself sometimes as we do not always feel like doing what needs to be done. When you have your goals written down, you will learn to do something each day which will become less and less of a chore. M. Stands for motivation, simply by being there on the days you do not wish to that will motivate both you and your teammates to do more and set their goals higher than they thought ever possible. As a government advisor in Central Asia, I engaged in policy development and implementation for water management and desalination projects. Navigating complex regulatory environments, building international partnerships, and leading initiatives significantly improved water security and sustainability in the region. This experience provided unique insights into the intersection of public policy and technological innovation in resource management. Product development has been a core focus of my career. I have successfully led numerous projects from concept to market launch, striving for the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. My work spans technical product design and strategic planning necessary to secure funding and investment. I have raised substantial capital for various ventures, demonstrating my ability to communicate a compelling vision and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Water diplomacy is another passion driving my work. I believe water resources are fundamental to geopolitical stability and international cooperation. I have been involved in diplomatic efforts to promote equitable water distribution and resolve conflicts, using my expertise to facilitate discussions and negotiate beneficial agreements for all parties. I hold a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in AI and Blockchain. This degree has given me a robust understanding of how emerging technologies can transform educational landscapes and improve learning outcomes. Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in Public Administration, focusing on AI and Blockchain policy. My research explores the regulatory frameworks and governance models necessary to harness these technologies for public good. My interest in AI and Blockchain extends beyond academia.
