After making a major career pivot in the wake of the 2020 pandemic, I learned the valuable skill of adaptability when I started working in Healthcare IT after getting a degree in Fashion. Just 1.5 years later, I started my first business as a passion project and additional income stream while continuing my corporate job.
I pride myself on being a life long learner. I would not be where I am today with a future that looks so bright if it weren’t for some amazing mentors I’ve had the privilege of learning from.
Whether you are a student, young entrepreneur, or someone whose is looking to make a career change, I’d love to share my experience and expertise to help you get to where you want to be faster.

- Hearing aids can often be *paired to cell phones and other compatible devices with in 15 minutes.
*Hearing aids must be Bluetooth compatible. Please refer to the hearing aids manual issued with the hearing aids to verify that hearing aids are Bluetooth compatible.
- There is no set time frame and/or specific requirements that guarantee you qualify for new hearing aids. However, there are many situations, scenarios and considerations that qualify veterans for new or a second pair of hearing aids.
- Often times hearing aids can be repaired by simply changing out the wax guards, brushing the microphones and/ or replacing the domes.
- Check your ears for wax! Often times an ear wax blockage is the cause of hearing aids “not working”. Make an appointment with your primary caregiver to have your ears checked!
- Most hearing aids come with a warranty! Locate the paperwork issued with the hearing aids and check warranty dates. Most hearing aid repairs are covered by the warranty. To include loss of hearing aids.

In my estimation, what most of us are trying to do, whether it's business, politics, entertainment, or anything in between, is CONNECT with your audience. You must achieve that before anything else. Before you convert, you must connect. I know a thing or two about that.
I have 20 years of experience in Sports Entertainment: I started my career on the independent scene in the UK, working my way up through every level of our industry. My first break came at 20 years old when I was cast in "Gladiators" on British Television, a role that allowed me to build my profile and receive new opportunities like stage roles and TV hosting. My ultimate goal, however, was to come to America, which I did in 2009 when I was part of TNA Wrestling on Spike TV (now Paramount). I started at the bottom and by 2013, I was the first British Pro Wrestler to become a World Champion of a major televised company.
In 2017, I took on the challenge of resurrecting the oldest brand in our industry, The National Wrestling Alliance, a brand that was established in 1948 but was essentially nonexistent. As part of a very small team, I helped the brand go from 0 to over 250k subscribers in less than 2 years. I headlined the biggest independent show of all time, "All In" which sold over 10k seats in 30 minutes. It was during this time that I first began producing.
In August of 2023, I joined the WWE, the number one brand in the space and one of the most iconic entertainment brands in the world, as a producer and an on-screen talent. It was my ultimate career goal to work for the WWE, and to be part of the company in this unprecedented run of momentum in terms of revenue and brand awareness is a true blessing. In my roles I have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry as well as figures who transcend a single industry, like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (a childhood hero of mine), Logan Paul, Paul "Triple H" Levesque and many more. As we prepare to embark on a new partnership with Netflix in 2025, the global future for the WWE is brighter than ever.
To be good at what we do, you have to understand people and how they think - how to make people love you, hate you, support you and follow you. These skills are developed from years of experience and study. I've performed everywhere from a barn (yes, literally a barn) to Madison Square Garden and every week I sit in a room full of people who are smarter, more qualified and more experienced than me and that's exactly why I love it.

Who am I and why in the world would you want advice from me?
Is it that, in spite of my nerves and lack of experience, I took over and successfully ran a project from IBM that had 25 instructional designers working on a blended learning program with global impacts while I worked at Capital One? Maybe.
Is it that I helped three clients earn coveted a top-5 spot in the coveted Learning!100 awards in the L&D space? (Specifically, T-Mobile (#1 private sector), Ingersoll Rand (#5 private sector) and American Heart Association (#2 public sector).) Maybe.
Is it that you can better relate to someone without a college degree or fancy credentials, who’s wrestled with and overcome her own worthiness issues to make over $20k / month? Maybe.
Is it that, like I once did, you are exploring the idea of leaving corporate America to make a go of it on your own? Maybe.
Is that you did step out on your own, whether full-time or as a side-hustle, and actually got a client – but now don’t have the support you once did with your employer and are wondering how in the world to pull off a training event? Maybe.
I’m a self-made woman who is has struggled on my way up and, lord willing, nowhere near done achieving all the great things on my list.
I don’t have a fancy college degree but do have over 25-years in the human performance / adult learning space and am grateful to have gotten this kind of feedback over the years:
- A manager at Dell told me that our 1:1 coaching prevented them from quitting
- I’ve heard from a number of managers that what they and their teams learned in my workshops improved their communication and ultimately saved the jobs of their previously underperforming team members
- Not to mention the countless ah-ha moments that individuals shared, explaining how their learning was going to help them both personally and professionally
I’m what’s considered a unicorn in the training space, in that I am talented across a LOT of roles. What can I say, when I get really good at something I get bored and need some variation!
I started off as both an instructional designer and trainer, then evolved into a facilitator and coach, and eventually earned my stripes as a program manager and consultant.
The good news for you is that I collected all that experience across a regional bank, over 30 Fortune 500 companies, as well as a healthy handful of smaller businesses and non-profits. Translation: I’ve seen how a wide variety of orgs operate…build cultures (or not)…coach team members (or not)…employ L&D solutions and what influenced which they were willing to pay for.
Any advice I give doesn’t only come from firsthand experience, but a ton of observations along the way.
At the end of the day, I am a natural encourager and coach. I’m always looking for ways to pour strength into others. If that’s you, please reach out and I promise to deliver more than you expect.
