Roberto Carabetta
I am Roberto Carabetta, the visionary leader of Blue Shores Capital, a firm dedicated to acquiring multifamily properties and senior living facilities in high-growth markets. Our focus is on value-added opportunities that enhance the net operating income (NOI) of our assets, driving property appreciation through strategic investments. We employ a syndication investment strategy to facilitate these acquisitions.
With two decades of experience in construction and real estate, I have established myself as a force in these industries. My journey began in the banking sector, where I quickly advanced as a financial advisor for one of Canada’s top six banks. This role provided me with invaluable insights into lending and investments, allowing me to become a trusted advisor on a wide range of financial strategies. My deep understanding of financial markets laid a strong foundation for my future endeavors.
Fueled by a passion for real estate, I have honed my skills by analyzing and managing multimillion dollar assets, building broker and lender relationships, and becoming adept at identifying lucrative investment opportunities even in challenging environments.
My expertise goes beyond investment; I have developed a comprehensive understanding of teamwork and have partnered with industry leading professionals to asset manage large-scale properties to ensure their profitability and long-term success for our investors.
Currently, I am on an exciting expansion journey with Blue Shores Capital, overseeing a portfolio that includes 400 units across some of the most dynamic and rapidly growing markets in the United States and Canada, including Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, and Toronto.
This expansion reflects my strategic vision and ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape. Through Blue Shores Capital, I am not only building a successful business but also creating opportunities for investors to achieve their financial goals and build generational wealth.
