There is a stronger, more actualized, empowered, and vibrant version of you that already exists in the future. My goal is to help you meet that person. I’m a talent manager and producer at Zero Gravity Management, one of the industry’s leading representation firms behind top hits in film and television. I was nominated as Talent Manager of the Year at the most recent Heller Awards. I joined my firm as a department head at 29 after building and running my own successful independent company. My work spans film, television, digital, and unscripted formats, with deep experience in business development. I represent actors, writers, directors, hosts, digital creators, and thought leaders in news and politics. Last year, two of my clients hosted separate shows on America’s #1 network in prime time. I’ve helped build careers, broker major deals, and guide rising leaders—through strategy and by helping clients connect with their most powerful selves. I serve as a Los Angeles City Commissioner for Cultural Affairs, appointed by the former mayor and reappointed by the current one. I also sit on multiple nonprofit and civic boards. At 27, I began teaching the popular course Building Your Career in Traditional, New, and Emerging Media at UCLA, the nation’s top public university. Though I stepped away from teaching in 2020 due to scheduling demands, I deeply value mentorship and still seek ways to share what I’ve learned. I specialize in helping people walk into rooms with presence, tell their story with clarity, and navigate complex industries without losing their soul. My faith, values, and deep connection to humanity are the foundation of my leadership. I believe we need strong leaders with moral clarity—people who are both sensitive and stoic, genuine and strategic, empathetic and tough. @RAYDPJ on Instagram

Odin Benitez | Supervising Sound Editor, Sound Design, Re-recording Mixer & Mentor I’m an Emmy-winning Supervising Sound Editor with over 36 years of experience in feature films, television, immersive experiences, and interactive media. My credits include Frozen, Frozen II, The Fighter, Silver Linings Playbook, Greyhound, and HBO’s The Last of Us. I’ve also been fortunate to work on cutting-edge projects like Arcane for Riot Games and immersive installations for Disney Imagineering. Throughout my career, I’ve shaped sound across genres—from cinematic storytelling to interactive experiences—while leading sound editorial teams and collaborating closely with directors, producers, and creatives at the highest levels, including filmmakers like David O. Russell, Barry Jenkins, and RZA, and executives such as John Lasseter. I’ve also worked directly with actors during ADR sessions to pull authentic, powerful performances, directing talent like Russell Crowe, Jason Momoa, and Octavia Spencer. Beyond production, I’m deeply passionate about teaching and mentorship. I’ve taught graduate-level sound at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, and worked with rising filmmakers through initiatives like Project Involve and the Moving Picture Institute. I enjoy helping filmmakers and creatives of all experience levels improve their storytelling through sound — from workflow and technical guidance to creative direction and performance-based sound design. I’m continually expanding my toolkit, working with AI-powered audio solutions and integrating sound into interactive platforms like Unreal Engine and Wwise, ensuring my work stays at the forefront of how sound supports story and player experience. Whether you're a filmmaker, game developer, or creative seeking guidance on post-production sound, I offer mentorship, consulting, and custom sound solutions to help you elevate your projects and bring your stories to life.
