Spent the first half of my life focused on helping myself. Did alright. Struggled. Felt empty. Spent the last 20 years focused on helping others. Authentically helping others. I quit my job and decided to start a training company to help as many people as I could by teaching them how to sell, close and persuade. Within 6 months I realized I was failing miserably. I couldn't understand why I couldn't seem to get people to change their behavior and find success like I had so many times before. That is when I found the 4 Keys to effective training. Good content, repetition, practice and accountability. Through my research I found that most companies were making the same mistake, so I decided to build a technology to fix it.
