If you’re looking to keep DEI at bay in your organization but at the same time ensure merit-based performance is front and center, then consider me your “DEI Slayer.” I have 13+ years of HR Compliance experience in defending, auditing, evaluating, designing, and improving processes so that outcomes are based on merit and are not discriminatory. After obtaining an industrial engineering degree at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, I began my career in the Operations division at Goldman Sachs, where I later transferred to the Global Diversity & Inclusion team. As a Vice President on the team, I helped increase the Asian Managing Director promotion rate by 11% and launched the firm's neurodiversity hiring initiative.
