After obtaining an industrial engineering degree at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, I began my career in the Operations division at Goldman Sachs, where I later transferred to the Global Diversity & Inclusion team. As a Vice President on the team, I helped increase the Asian Managing Director promotion rate by 11% and launched the firm's neurodiversity hiring initiative. I have a masters in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
