I've had courses in machine learning. I'm a certified project manager and certified web developer. I like puzzles and solving problems. I've taught swimming lessons for about 40 yrs along with adaptive aquatics - water therapy, parents and tots, adults / aquaphobic, and water aerobics. I have been a painter for 25 years . I have been self employed for most of those years . I’ve ran big crews of over 20 people but I prefer and excel at working 1 on 1 with clients to produce unmatched quality . To be a high end painter you need to know how to do drywall work . When I first started out in this field I worked on a sand and prime crew and within a year I went on my own and hired a few friends to help . Naturally the next phase of most new construction is paint , so I met a lot of painters and quickly realized I could do their job better than them . And so the journey has continued . I built a solid reputation and slowly but surely the “word of mouth” technique spread . For about the last 15 years I work alone and for homeowners . Employees are a hassle and don’t meet my high standards of quality , and working for builders is difficult because they have time constraints and are slow and low to pay . I will work for the average mom and pop that appreciate quality and respectfulness , but my main clientele are the very wealthy that know that perfection is in the details and they know quality when they see it .
