A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

I raised 3 kids as a single mother while working on a degree in Data Management and Data Analytics. All 3 are now awesome adults. I'm an avid DIY- er. I can tile, sweat pipes, carpentry, and build a deck or a fence, just to name a few (currently putting hardie siding on the house).. My youngest child was born with Arnold Chari Malformation. Dr's said he would never be able to live on his own and be in a wheelchair. I didn't like that answer. When they say it can't be done..prove them wrong.. He graduated high school with an associates degree in computer science. Win! I was adopted by an abused pitbull. He showed up one day and refused to leave. Add dog training to the list of skills, food aggression broken, loose leash walking, heal, and many more tricks. 3 big dogs in my household along with 7 chickens , 1 10 yr old duck, and the cat who rules them all. Was married to a delusional bipolar for 12 yrs - fairly skilled at crisis management . I've worked for a SaaS reservation company for 10 yrs this month - technical support specialist. I've been told I have more jobs than a recruitment website (I think that was a compliment..I hope) I know several programming languages the newest being python, even coded in cobol back in the day. I've had courses in machine learning. I'm a certified project manager and certified web developer. I like puzzles and solving problems. I've taught swimming lessons for about 40 yrs along with adaptive aquatics - water therapy, parents and tots, adults / aquaphobic, and water aerobics. I've also taught CPR, had first responder medical certification, and volunteer first aid for Red Cross at races and other events.

EXPERIENCE
Let's ESCAPE PORNOGRAPHY for good! By using God's word.
20 years in construction
20 years as a photographer
5 Home Inspector
10 years Home Builder
Let's chat or pray together.
Spending several years working alongside my father in his general contracting business.
I had the opportunity to serve as a missionary photographer for a few years. During this time, I dedicated myself to helping others and spreading the message of hope.
Do you read the Bible to get some encouragement or application?
Application and encouragement are essential, but the most important is to understand what it means in CONTEXT. The Bible was not written to you; it was written for you. Understand it before you apply it.
It is disheartening to witness individuals who profess holiness yet live in a manner that resembles the world's behavior. Such a path leads many astray. ESCAPE from pornography for good! How can I help?
Let's chat, let's pray.

I've been in the trucking business for 14 years as an owner operator as well as a company driver. I have a very good understanding how the trucking industry operates as well as many challenges we face out helllFrom melicious companies looking to get one over on you or the day to day operations. I've had to learn a lot of hard lessons over the years and spent tens of thousands of dollars due to inexperience. I started from scratch as a 21 year old who had no experience at all. so if I could help you save time or money in any way I'd be more then happy to. some people call Jack of all trades but I'm a master of one and that's trucking. I have over two million safe miles under my belt. I am a father and a husband most importantly.

10+ years of experience in solar and sales. One of the leading experts in Belgium when it comes to residential and small businesses.
Trained over 300 salespeople with a hands-on approach. So if you want to learn more about solar or sales, I'm 100% convinced I can be of value to your process.
- Basics of sales, from zero to hero.
- Getting referrals with every customer.
- How to get 5 star reviews with your customers.
- How to win in sales.
I started my journey in 2013 in sales and quickly rose the ranks. I felt that I wanted more than to work for this company. This was in the energy markets. One day somebody told me about solar and its benefits which lead to a quick change of path I took. I've been in solar ever since.
First, as a consultant for one of the big ones in Belgium. As an avid follower of VT and PBD, you want more of life.
Second, as a business owner. On the side I give sales advice to other companies and help others in the industry to learn more about the products.

Hello, my name is George Carrillo and I have been a Home Automation programmer/project manager for 7 years. In my time in the field as an installer, programmer, and project manager, I have gained tremendous amount of knowledge in facing challenges that lead me to help my fellow integrators and as well as home owners.
In Home Automation, you enter a journey as a Home owner and an integrator in the field that impacts everyday life. For home owners, they give us the trust in bridging the gap with the connected world of technology. As an integrator in the field, it’s all about making relationships with your clients and understanding their needs.
From questions on which home automation system to get, what network infrastructure should be deployed, to how my approach be on the level of automation is just the right amount. Every project is unique as the people that will interface with the end product. I want to help others make the right choice.
The hardest part on starting the journey in home automation is making the first step in choosing the right amount of technology you want to be interacting with with.
As a home owner, having all the bells and whistles for the best price might sound like the best route, but only to find it overwhelming at the end.
As an integrator in the field, understanding your clients needs vs what is possible can be challenging.
I want to provide the best feedback by sharing my experiences and the truth behind the industry to close the gap between home owners and integrators in making the right choice.
I am here for both parties. If you are a home owner and about to make a decision in buying into a home automation system, or an integrator facing challenges on your current or upcoming project. Let’s connect and discuss the best route.

I am Roberto Carabetta, the visionary leader of Blue Shores Capital, a firm dedicated to acquiring multifamily properties and senior living facilities in high-growth markets. Our focus is on value-added opportunities that enhance the net operating income (NOI) of our assets, driving property appreciation through strategic investments. We employ a syndication investment strategy to facilitate these acquisitions.
With two decades of experience in construction and real estate, I have established myself as a force in these industries. My journey began in the banking sector, where I quickly advanced as a financial advisor for one of Canada’s top six banks. This role provided me with invaluable insights into lending and investments, allowing me to become a trusted advisor on a wide range of financial strategies. My deep understanding of financial markets laid a strong foundation for my future endeavors.
Fueled by a passion for real estate, I have honed my skills by analyzing and managing multimillion dollar assets, building broker and lender relationships, and becoming adept at identifying lucrative investment opportunities even in challenging environments.
My expertise goes beyond investment; I have developed a comprehensive understanding of teamwork and have partnered with industry leading professionals to asset manage large-scale properties to ensure their profitability and long-term success for our investors.
Currently, I am on an exciting expansion journey with Blue Shores Capital, overseeing a portfolio that includes 400 units across some of the most dynamic and rapidly growing markets in the United States and Canada, including Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, and Toronto.
This expansion reflects my strategic vision and ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape. Through Blue Shores Capital, I am not only building a successful business but also creating opportunities for investors to achieve their financial goals and build generational wealth.
