I have been a laborer, a manager, a license holder, and a business owner. Contracting and developing is an amazing career, but it is very difficult to navigate on your own. Fortunately, I had great mentors who taught me how to avoid the mistakes that set contractors, projects, and investors back weeks months and years. I specialize in land locating & acquisition, design building, and master planning small and large communities ranging from a few hundred up to a few thousand acres. I have my own Arizona commercial/residential unlimited general contracting license and help builders around the US. My current project is an exclusive luxury underground condo bunker facility and fully functional private 5-Star resort only for the ownership and their guests. Approximately 2.5 million square feet underground.
