My mission is to create efficiencies in your supply chain process. My expertise is in distribution, transportation, international trade, fulfillment, warehousing, and product placement in US and foreign markets. I help companies reduce their shipping costs and optimize their distribution in the US and overseas. I advise companies on transportation logistics and on e-commerce and B2B fulfillment. My background is mainly in operations specifically with US imports and exports; how they move, how position them in new markets, where to warehouse goods and best practices for order fulfillment. Why schedule a call? -You want to reduce your transportation costs -You sell on Amazon but want to sell direct to consumers domestically and overseas -You are a drop shipper and want to create efficiencies in your supply chain -You are thinking about getting into warehousing because your product requires it -You are in the US and want to sell your product overseas but are not sure where to start -You are overseas and want to sell your product in the US but are not sure how to go about it -You want to leverage near-shoring

With a robust background encompassing thirteen years in mission-critical infrastructure sales to federal, state, and local governments, commercial markets, and value-added resellers, I offer a unique blend of industry insight and entrepreneurial prowess. My journey began as the founder of a successful creative marketing services company, where I honed my skills in solution-oriented sales and client relationship management. Over the years, I've cultivated a reputation for exceeding revenue goals through a combination of new and repeat business, strategic relationship building, and a commitment to delivering optimal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. My track record of consistently achieving 25% to 40% above quota each year is a testament to my ability to execute sales strategies effectively and drive revenue growth. In my current role as a Mission Critical Sales Representative with an infrastructure provider to the data center industry, I am entrusted with driving sales within the data center end-user market, specifically focusing on 3 Phase UPS Systems and accessories. I’m Randall Mauldin, specializing in transforming supply chain teams (procurement, contracting, logistics, and warehousing) through comprehensive training and organizational coaching. My program covers supply management core, integration, and leadership skills, turning professionals into masters of strategic sourcing and procurement. In an era where global disruptions are the norm, my training ensures your team is well-prepared and adaptable. At 16, Mitch, had a unique dream - "Doing Business with Portugal." Why Portugal, you ask? Well, Mitch's parents hailed from the land of port wine and custard tarts, and he was head over heels for the place. So, naturally, he became fixated on the idea of importing Portuguese goodies to North America. Mitch's journey began with a Degree in International Business & Supply Chain Management, where fate intervened in the form of his future best buddy and business partner. Rather than settling for the mundane, Mitch landed a gig as a Purchaser at a ceiling supply store. Why? Because he figured a smaller company would give him the wiggle room to hunt down those Portuguese treasures. While soaking up the sun in Portugal one summer, Mitch stumbled upon Sagiper, a PVC ceiling product that mimicked wood planks without the upkeep hassle. It was love at first sight, business-wise. Mitch sniffed out an opportunity for exclusive distribution rights in Canada, but alas, his boss dropped the ball. In a plot twist worthy of a telenovela, Mitch's boss dangled a lifeline - invest in the inventory or watch the exclusivity deal go down the drain. At the ripe age of 22, armed with guts and his trusty best friend, Mitch took the plunge and bet everything on a container full of Sagiper. Fast forward 12 years, and Mitch and his partner are the proud owners of Sagiper's North American Sales & Distribution arm. They've raked in over $40 million in sales, erected not one, but two distribution centers (complete with neon signs that read "Sagiper Wonderland") - one in chilly Edmonton, AB, catering to the Great White North and the wild west of the USA, and a recent addition in sunny Tampa, FL, serving up the eastern seaboard with Sagiper goodness. On the home front, Mitch's been hitched to his missus for a dozen years, with two precious princessas running amok. Recently, they swapped maple syrup for orange juice and relocated to Florida, where Mitch now leads the company's US expansion plans. Got a burning question about international business, logistics, or supply chain shenanigans? Mitch's your man. Need some sage advice on family matters or making the leap from igloos to palm trees? He's got you covered.
