Wassup guys! Mike here! I had the opportunity to be apart of Valuetainment, the hottest media company out there as a Senior Video Editor for 3 years, I lead the editing of Patrick Bet-David’s ‘How To’ and ‘Current Event’ series, creating compelling stories and elevating visual storytelling to new heights.
I’m a proud Full Sail University graduate with a passion for all things film production. My expertise covers music videos, film production, post-production, podcasting, and mastering camera and lighting techniques. As the owner of Grand Vision Productions LLC, a music video production house, I’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality visuals that captivate audiences.
One of my specialties is integrating AI into production workflows. I’ve been experimenting with AI from its early stages and have mastered using it to boost production speed, output, and creativity.

Welcome to Minnect! My name is David, but many of you may know me as Minnect Support.
Born in Miami, the son of Cuban🇨🇺 immigrants and a first generation college student at Harvard. I majored in Economics with a minor in Psychology, with some stat classes sprinkled throughout.
🎓Upon graduating in the midst of the pandemic, I began my career at Gartner. I was a Business Strategy and Operations Associate for about two years. During this time frame, I helped shape Gartner’s digital event strategy and developed tools that optimized Client Success Associates’ abilities to serve clients. During my client facing rotation, I worked with Heads of Finance and Real Estate, some from Salesforce, Abode, Whole Foods, etc., on their mission critical initiatives while simultaneously revolutionizing how clients were served by developing a framework orientated around the client’s job to be done.
👨💻I made a lateral pivot into Product by joining a team derived from a start-up Gartner had just acquired. I worked in a multitude of features until I was elevated to the task of integrating Gartner’s Peer Community into their event portfolio, allowing for the continuation of an in-person experience on a digital platform.
🚣🏼♀️I rowed for nearly 8 years. In high school, I was a two-time Scholastic National Champion and won the Lightweight 8+ Youth National Championship by open water my senior year. I then walked on to the Men’s Harvard Lightweight Rowing team, where my accolades include a gold medal at Eastern Sprints and a silver medal at the Head of the Charles Regatta, the largest regatta in North America.
Since then, I have dabbled in strength training. I’ve competed in two powerlifting competitions and won bronze at my second event totaling ~1275 pounds.
Other than that, my hobbies including cooking, reading, enjoying nature, 👾gaming🎮 and hanging out with my dog Kingpin🐶

I am a cyber security professional with over 20 years of experience as an engineer, manager, and SME. I have worked for some of the largest institutions on the planet, including IBM, Intel, McAfee, and Google. I even worked for a certain builder in the NYC area who later went on to do some bigly things. Over my career I have managed global software deployments and provided incident response for many massive institutions and global enterprises. I currently work at the forefront of security automation and response.
I have also started several small businesses to varying degrees of success and failure. My current and future side hustle is Sagaverse Studios, an RPG and comic publishing company that has successfully crowd funded several tabletop games. We also attend conventions where we sell products and run our games for fans. I am also a Dungeon Master of 42 years, and run games for several big 3rd party publishing companies.
I have a wide range of experience and am known as a problem solver, excellent communicator, and effective team builder and leader. For fun, I manage a few adult sports teams that I also play on.

i’m a pastor, a father and a spiritual coach if you need anybody to listen to anything that might pertain with your spirituality or even if it’s not about your spirituality, please get in contact with me.
I know we don’t have a lot of people to listen to our struggles and what we might be going through and we all need somebody to listen to our particular life circumstances without judgment.
I know the men’s mental health month has passed, but if anybody still needs somebody to talk to him, I am always quick to respond and I’m also here to pray for whatever you might need prayer for.

I'm currently the Technical Director and Lecturer at the MIT Game Lab (https://gamelab.mit.edu ). We teach students and researchers about game design and computer game development. We also help researchers and professionals use games and game design to further their own research and projects. This process usually involved "purposeful" game design, where the end goal is something more than pure enjoyment. This requires me to quickly understand what someone needs, even if that means learning new technology, science, or sociopolitical concepts.
I have also been a software engineer inside and outside the games industry. I've done a bit of everything, from AI to underwater robotics. I can advise on software architecture and all of the hip new AI techniques (e.g. ChatGPT), as well as providing emergency debugging assistance.
Finally, having worked with well over a hundred software teams (student and professional), I can advise individuals and managers on team dynamics and project planning.
