I am an engineer and an inventor, with just enough philosophy to be dangerous. Seriously, I was fortunate to have a classical education in college included philosophy, liberal arts, and of course, engineering courses. I have often said that the philosophy part of my education had more impact on my engineering career and any other technical courses. I have had a particular focus on what I call the “knowledge process”. My training in classical logic intercepted my love for math. I have had a 40 year career in R&D and product development.
