As a manager of both people and process, I have over 20 years of personal experience in getting things unstuck, both inside and outside of work. I’ve taken over stalled projects and pushed them to completion, untangled accounting messes, developed workflows and documented processes, been the auditor and worked with auditors, grown reach and teams - and that’s just the beginning. I’ve also burned the candle at both ends for way too long and been so exhausted that doing the next right thing felt impossible. At one point I was working 15 hour days while co-managing a household with 2 young children (one on the Autism spectrum), and a puppy, and also caring for aging and disabled parents in a separate household.
