David P Babinski is a seasoned investment strategist with over 33 years of experience in capital raising, deal structure, and real estate development. David has successfully raised over $500 Million for real estate deals as well as direct investments in public and private companies. Mr. Babinski is recognized in the Family Office community, having presented at over 20 live events and numerous virtual events. His deep involvement in this network has given him access to complex capital scenarios, industry best practices, and strong relationships with some of the countries wealthiest families. (Private Family Offices) For the past ten years, David has been deeply immersed in the senior living industry, gaining firsthand experience in site selection, geographical demand analysis, and Capital Structuring. As co-founder of Stonegate Development Company of Florida, David manages a $120 Million Assisted Living portfolio and is developing additional private pay middle market assisted living and memory care facilities in Central Florida. Stonegate’s unique strategy caters to residents who earn too much to qualify for government aid, but cannot afford high-end, resort style facilities. These innovative communities provide the same level of care for $500 to $1,000+ per month LESS than other facilities addressing a critical gap in the market. Beyond real estate, he previously sold his financial planning firm to National Financial Partners (NFP-back by Apollo). This experience provided valuable insights on structuring balance sheets and optimal strategies when engaging with VC’s and private equity firms.
