Tommy is an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Professional and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Occupational Health and Safety. With over 10 years of experience in environmental, safety, and emergency programs, procedures, and regulations, he possesses a broad set of skills applicable across different divisions and roles. Tommy is also the creator of the Rebecchi Individual Safety Consciousness (R.I.S.C.) Assessment, a 1-hour survey which determines an individual's risk of having an accident or injury in 24 different categories and provides feedback to help prevent those events from happening. Tommy is an enthusiastic and adaptable professional with a solid background in promoting high-quality services to a variety of customers. He is well-rounded, has a unique ability to relate to diverse populations with various backgrounds, and is highly skilled in providing environmental, safety, and emergency problem-solving solutions for clients and other associates.
