In every role, I've improved all aspects of the business from the front office to the shipping dock. Whether driving customer complaints down by 40% as a Director, reducing labor and lead time for a key product line as a Manager, solving a major warranty issue in three days using Six Sigma tools as an Engineer, or developing an ISO 9001-compliant quality system from scratch as a Technician, I've always improved the company's ability to satisfy customer expectations while simultaneously improving profits. I am currently the senior quality leader for a billion-dollar manufacturing organization in the US and Mexico. First, this involves hiring, motivating, developing, and challenging the people in the Quality team and the entire Operations team. Then, we design, implement, maintain, and continually improve a management system that drives effective processes throughout our value stream. Finally, we leverage the oft-proven Quality Toolkit to eliminate impactful problems from the business. All of this results in sustainable advantages in market share, profitability, and organizational morale.
