Tammara is obsessed with process improvement and personal mastery, two reasons why she quit her job to go all in with Raise Your Own Bar. She is on a mission to help others overcome their struggles with imposter syndrome to lead happy lives with fulfilling relationships. Before founding the company, Tammara worked in a variety of positions surrounding financial and business project management for over two decades, with experience ranging from a handful of startups, three Fortune 50 companies, to the U.S. Department of Defense and foreign governments. She conducts training classes and workshops to teach a variety of topics in the realm of agile project management, financial transformation, emotional and relationship intelligence, process improvement, and personal mastery, among others. She has dedicated her life to helping others find their passion, build wonderful relationships, and live out their purpose . In addition to her business, Tammara is a stand-up comedian and emcee under the stage name Tam A Gram that provides entertainment for corporate events and awards shows. She is known for producing charity shows to raise money and supplies for the homeless and other local community causes. Besides comedy and radio, she writes satirical articles, makes YouTube videos, writes poetry and records music. She is a self-proclaimed “Tax Rapper” specializing in rapping about the IRS. Tam has over 11 years of experience producing and performing comedy and won the crown of the 2022 South's Funniest Accountant competition held in Atlanta. She will be recording her first comedy special in October 2024.
