A former collegiate golfer, Mitchell continues to mentor athletes as an assistant coach for a college golf team, bringing the same drive and discipline to his professional endeavors. He holds a degree in International Business with a concentration in franchising and is one of only two individuals to earn an MBA in franchising. Since starting his career at 19, Mitchell has held pivotal roles in the franchising, including partnership development and franchise expansion for a franchising software company. He also founded a consultancy specializing in writing operations manuals for franchise brands. Now, as the founder of Vett3d, Mitchell works as a franchise incubator, empowering restaurants, inspiring entrepreneurs, and transforming experiences in restaurants. With a deep understanding of operations, growth, and relationship building, he is dedicated to transforming restaurant businesses into national and global success stories.
