20+ years in Security, Investigations and Intelligence for both the Public and Private Sectors in Canada and the USA. In the security industry Mr. Distler has been Executive Protection for celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Hugh Jackman and Shah Rukh Khan. Mike designed and implemented the Security Department for the first Amazon Fulfillment Center in Canada. In the Investigations industry he investigated military, police, heads of mafia's, provincial election fraud, financial fraud, high risk terminations, locate for the Saudi Arabian royal family, and thousands of insurance fraud files. Mr. Distler is also actively mentoring students, teaching, speaking and presenting to new incumbents to the industry. While teaching as a Professor, he designed four college courses related to security, safety and Investigations at two of the most prestigious colleges in Ontario, Canada. Mike has been an advisor and consultant to these colleges on Investigation matters. Mike has also been asked to present on the topic of Investigations to over 200 defence lawyers at the Canadian Defence Lawyer Association (CDL). A few notable Investigations: * Conducted a corporate due diligence investigation into the largest commercial lawsuit in Canada. * Organized and managed a team of undercover Investigators working in tandem with multiple police organizations as covert executive protection and online live Investigation of possible threats against a bank executive that was a torch bearer at the 2015 Panam Games in Toronto. * Organized and managed a team of Investigators that conducted the first successful undercover investigation at Air Canada, the countries largest airline. * Cybersecurity specialization through which Mr. Distler successfully white hat hacked school servers, municipal libraries and the Pearson International Airport.
