Husband to my beautiful wife of 7 years, father of three children and unapologetically a man of Faith. I was classically educated and a multi sport collegiate athlete. Professionally: My passions are management, startup growth, media, branding and partnerships. My professional background includes operations, facility expansion, safety and health, and business leadership coaching. I joined my current employer as the first full-time hire, working from the founder’s basement. Today the company is valued at over $25M and owns 4 subsidiary companies, one of which has gone to a $30M valuation in 3 short years with various licensed technology, an IP and Patent portfolio and numerous international licensing partners under contract. I am proud that I played a crucial role in all aspects of our incredible entrepreneurial journey of struggle, growth, and success! A couple years ago I stepped away from my media and design background to fill the role of Director of Operations where I led architects, contractors, and interior designers in creating and delivering a new, multi-million dollar, 25,000+ SQ FT facility as the new headquarters for the company. Following the successful growth and expansion I was tapped to be COO where I now am involved in every aspect of the company I have helped to build. I turn the ideas and vision of company leadership into actionable, achievable, and measurable goals, and execute on those metrics to successful completion.
