I started my professional career and outside sales and later as a franchisee. In 2008 I started my law enforcement career beginning in Road Patrol and finishing my last 9 years in undercover narcotics for the City of West Palm Beach. I recently retired at the beginning of 2024 from law enforcement with a 16-year career in order to continue to grow as an entrepreneur. simultaneously while still in law enforcement, I became the vice president for ideal nutrition in January of 2018 as the 5th employee. We currently have have over 230 employees in our food manufacturing and distribution operation. As the vice president for ideal nutrition, I'm responsible for growth and expansion for our company including the creation and operation of our franchise side, all site selection, lease negotiating and construction project management. I assist with overall marketing direction, equipment purchases, and procurement, among many other tasks that help drive our company as an industry leader. we are producing over 115,000 meals per week, which are delivered direct consumers or sold in one of our seven retail locations here in Florida. I currently own three of the locations here in South Florida with a gross revenue of over $10 million dollars a year.
