Professional volleyball player, human performance coach. A versatile expert with a vast amount of high level experience in the field, I’ve worked in human performance for over ten years including stints in the NHL and MLB and their affiliate leagues as well as regularly consulting colleagues in the other major leagues such as the NBA. My body of work includes consultation and coaching in the areas of strength and conditioning, sports performance, lifestyle, and nutrition and supplementation. My passion lies in positive human progression and I have and continue to work with top level athletes around the world as well as youth athletes and busy working professionals in both online and in person settings.
