I’ve been a barber for 18 years and a barbershop owner for 12. At 21, I opened Loyalty Barber Shop VII, which quickly became a high-volume shop serving 77–100 clients a day and generating nearly $1M annually. Through the years, I learned what it really takes to build and lead a strong team—one rooted in culture, systems, and shared values. Now, after relocating to Florida, I’m launching my newest shop, Fellow Barber Co., in Sarasota. I’m bringing the same principles that helped me grow my first business, but with fresh vision and deeper purpose.
