I have twenty+ years of deep exposure into every aspect of digital experience since its recognized conception. I gravitate toward leadership challenges where strategy, experiential excellence, and collaborative teamwork are paramount. I have led efforts for Fortune 500 clients in the areas of digital transformation, AI / ML experience strategy, leadership, product management, experience management, new product innovation, value stream genesis, instruction, and continuous Dx practice improvements. Within today’s production-level landscapes, I believe everything matters and everything is connected. To this end, I’ve spent my career thinking about “What works?”, “What could be?” and “Why not?”, leaving no stone unturned for the fulfillment of goals and betterment of key results. I excel being involved in leadership roles requiring a background as a practitioner. I love novel, high-visibility efforts full of complex and interesting challenges where the value of hard work is indispensable to success. Learning pathways focused on modern digital experience practices are widely available to anyone with an interest. Tools continue to evolve and become more of an enabler in everything we do. Therefore, individual talent - from entry level practitioners to strategic leaders - is becoming increasingly skilled.
