I have a total of 30+ years of practical law enforcement experience. Twenty of those years was on parallel assignment with S.W.A.T. On patrol, l served as a shift supervisor, wherein I conducted multiple internal affairs investigations, all of which were accepted without challenge. I've worked on narcotics teams, developed active working relationships with other local and state law enforcement agencies. In addition, I developed and conducted numerous undercover operations involving multiple local law enforcement agencies. Even with all of these noteworthy accomplishments, I always ended up back on patrol solving issues for common citizens. The everyday person, in my humble opinion, ends up talking to a typical street cop 5 to 10 times before consulting an attorney. There are many times where if the advice of a beat cop was followed, these everyday citizens can solve their issues without the time and expense of going to court. I transitioned out of active street work and moved states after 27 years. At that point, I accepted the role first of a probation officer, and then later as a parole officer, where I dealt with the Board of Pardons and Parole. In summary, my activity and knowledge in the courts stays consistent and up-to-date through decades of observance in courts between 4 different states and at the local, state, and federal levels. I have a sound and proven understanding of the legal system and its processes across a substantially wide spectrum. I do not give legal advice, per se, l give alternative advice on legal pathways. l don't paint rosy pictures of situations - Instead, l try to give the objective raw truth. I’ve done this for years with family, friends, and loved ones and have realized over and over that it’s something that more individuals will seek.
