I have a 10 year background in customer service. I then shifted to oil and gas manufacturing. Started as a line worker and made my way up to operations. I left the oil and gas industry in 2016, did some individual consulting with an aviation company for a little over a year. Then I took on my latest role at a pipe manufacturing plant in Fort Worth TX. I oversee our divisions lean implementation at 6 plants throughout the US. I have been a mentor and coach to many operations and plant managers over the last 10 years. I have the proven emotional intelligence skills combined with the operational skills that allow me to be a very effective change agent.
