Hi, I’m originally from Russia. Started my KungFu journey at 2001. Dear reader, I would like to share my story with you: While completing my instructor/leadership program, I also attended the Russian Government University of Physical Culture & Sport from 2006-2011, where I earned my degree in Physical Education. I used this knowledge along with expertise in Kung Fu to become a Specialist in Theory & Methods of Martial Arts in 2011. My devotion to art and teaching earned me a spot in the international organization as known as Original USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and I was named Kung Fu Instructor of the Year on May 17, 2014 and later Kung Fu Master of the Year in 2023. Back in the days in Russia, during my tenure as instructor, I attended the Russian Business Academy and the Modern Humanitarian Academy consecutively, where I earned a degree in philosophy. I also owned and operated my own small business from August 2006 until January 2013 till I moved to the USA. I believe that the knowledge I got from these universities has been integral to my development as a teacher and martial artist. I recognize the important roles that my father “Grand Master Kung Fu” and mother played in my martial arts every days training and upbringing. Watching my mother practice Tai Chi daily, as well as observing Grand Master Valery Prosvirov develop himself and others into elite-class fighters, sparked my love for Kung Fu. My involvement with the success of Golden Dragon Martial Arts Club reaches beyond class instruction; over the years I has been heavily involved with Golden Dragon's Action Theater program, choreographing and performing at dozens of venues for thousands of spectators around the globe. And also played a key role in the production of numerous educational DVD's and YouTube videos, including the school's crowning achievement, "Truth is The Path Without The Name."
