About Me
3rd Generation entrepreneur born and raised in KY. Moved to Arizona to learn culinary and business. In the culinary world I was classically French trained. I was taught Asian cuisine by a Certified Chinese Master Chef. I was taught Italian cuisine from a passionate their cuisine. I became a Sous Chef at 21 shortly following my culinary school graduation. I've worked in fast food, bars, catering, fine dining restaurants, and managed a beach casual restaurant. I've stepped into a teaching and consulting role within the culinary industry. In business and finance, I've studied under business owners in countless industries. Daycares, restaurants & farmers market food production, carwashes, sales and financial services. I am a product of my environment. As a business owner for 6 years and counting, I understand the relationship between the different generations and how to connect with each as well. I am a connector of people. I'm and open book when it comes to helping other grow towards their dreams. Ask me anything! If I have the answer, I'll provide that to you.
