Husband. Dad. Christ follower. I serve mission-driven founders as a fractional CFO—bringing clarity to their finances so they can build with clarity. I grew up on the family farm just south of Lincoln, Nebraska. I’m raising the sixth generation of Schraders here on the farm. Growing up, my dad ran multiple businesses, and my mom helped on the backend. They were extremely intentional with us kids while juggling a farm, a gas station, and other businesses. I’ve been married for eight years and have two children. My wife and I both grew up in believing homes and are raising our children, intentionally praying that they come to know the Lord. Since graduating high school, I have started and operated a brick-and-mortar coffee shop, started and managed a direct-to-consumer regenerative farm, started a mobile coffee catering business, and most recently helped to found a fractional CFO business—where we aim to help believers in business lead from a place of confidence through understanding their finances. Our founding principle was to help leaders live out Luke 16:10, which states that if you can be trusted with little, you can be trusted with much.
