Hi, my name is David Gracia. I have 23 years of law enforcement experience. I currently hold the rank of Police Lieutenant in one of the largest police departments in the country. Most of my experience is in criminal investigations, to include homicide and other death investigations, narcotics and dangerous drugs investigations, crimes against the elderly and children and threat management.
