A background in managing teams, mostly corporate sales environments that already had proccess, pocedures, and systems in place early on in my career. Found something I loved, got my head in the game, and founded Howard Solar LLC in 2021. The main 2 aspects were generating leads through the call center, then selling overflow our internal sales team could not handle. About 18 months into owning my business, I partnered with another solar company on a sales campaign, and ultimately was recruited to build an internal sales program and team as the Director of Operations for Solar Sesame. I am working day and night right now, theres no time to waste. I have one rule in all aspects of life: “Get it done with urgency!” Between internal sales and the marketplace bussiness, Solar Sesame did over 10 million in revenue its first year in 2022! We are currently spending over a million dollars a day on real-time solar web leads, and generating over 1000 leads daily. 2023 is going to be huge!
