My business experience spanned a career in business development in the sourcing, developing, and managing of private capital, and the parallel development of high performance Sales teams. This experience spans personal equity investments, as a founder and personal equity investor, to the development of business unit, team, client and key account management, involving sales and marketing management and financial modelling. The last decade was spent successfully managing ultra high performance sales teams ($1MM+ compensation) through all markets cycles, motivation and a culture focused on results, are at the core of my leadership style- an inclusive, positive environment where team members feel valued will drive sales results. I retired from my Executive position in 2022 at age 49, to develop a real estate focused, portfolio, with assets in South Central Florida and Auckland, New Zealand.
