Having set up a small catering business, I have had the opportunity to setup intimate events of my own, while also having the chance to work with some of the larger talents in the German culinary scene. Given my homeland and current host country, I have a unique political perspective and have exchanged these perspectives with my German friends as well as Canadian family. Living abroad has forced me to face cultural challenges and reevaluate what is important for my family and myself.
