I am a CMT Project Manager for NOVA in Tampa, FL. I have worked in the CQC/CEI (FDOT) construction industry for 10 years in the Central Florida area. I have many industry certifications and am currently in pursuit of my MBA. After observing the PBD podcast, I recognized my desire to contribute my time to those looking for answers and solutions to their varied professional (and sometimes personal) lives. I enjoy engaging in discussions over self-development and professional communication as well as religion, geo-politics, and parenting. Developing a strong constitution of professional conduct, appeal and persuasiveness can lead to a long and healthy career. My father correctly exemplified these traits to me as I grew up and I have benefited from their embodiment. If I can help others gain expertise in these traits, then I feel that my contributions to this endeavor will have been successful. I am married (10 years), have two children, a yellow lab named Benson and enjoy being involved at my church, Heritage Baptist in Lakeland, FL. I am a Ukrainian American having been born in the USSR in the early 90’s and adopted by my wonderful parents. I have traveled much of the world and from what I’ve seen, have been more blessed than I deserve!
