Business Leader / Creative Thinker / Thoughtful Translator / Follower of Jesus Christ – As the owner of several businesses (Federal Consulting Firm 12+ years, Business Consulting & Payments Processing Firm – 3+ years, Non-Profit Basketball Company), my foundation and passion lies in seeing businesses and people “win”.  My superpower is my belief and faith in Jesus Christ.  Through my faith, I have been gifted with the uncanny ability to think, create, and deploy solutions, resulting in exponential revenue growth and effective and proactive cost cutting strategies for my clients.  Foundationally, my career began with conducting financial statement audits at KPMG, LLP for federal agencies (FBI, DEA, US Trade and Development Agency). These experiences taught me the importance of understanding an organizations financial statements.   My career shifted to being an advisor and consultant for federal agencies (United States Coast Guard, DoD).  These experiences allowed me to leverage my creative side to develop and implement transformative strategies that remediated archaic systems and processes and enhance employee core competencies. My experiences as a consultant also enhanced my expertise surrounding the identification and assessment of operational and financial risks.    In 2011, I took the proverbial entrepreneurial plunge.  I created my first company, FedQuest Solutions Inc. to continue transforming federal agency processes, technology, and government employee core competencies.  In 2021, I created my second company, Immediate Creations Inc. to implement strategies that result in small business revenue growth and proactive costs cutting strategies.  Through our DMV Merchant Payment Services business offering, we help small businesses eliminate nearly all of their credit card processing fees. We also help small businesses increase their revenue through provided strategies to enter into the government contracting industry.    I look forward to meeting with existing or new business owners to help them achieve their goals. This will be accomplished through our proprietary approach, where we align the company’s business plan to a spiritual promise from God.  The best example of this that I enjoy sharing with my clients is Chic-Fil-A.
