Barbara has dedicated more than 25 years to practicing mindfulness, self-development, and yoga. She is a certified yoga instructor, NLP practitioner, and Life Coach. Originally hailing from the land of La Dolce Vita, she’s traded the UK chill for a sun-soaked paradise in southern Spain! With a background in high-end fashion sales and HR wizardry. While working as a fashionista, she took a detour to volunteer in Africa, Asia, and London, sharing the English language like confetti. She mentored minorities in schools and conducted workshops for the Westminster Council, supporting young women at risk of gang involvement and exploitation. Barbara is not just a theorist; everything up she teaches and engages in is rooted in her own experiences and triumphs with the tools she teaches. • Embracing Change: Exploring the spiritual significance of transformation. • Mindful Eating: Addressing eating disorders such as bulimia and binge eating. While Barbara is not a doctor, she encourages seeking professional advice and is eager to support you on your healing journey, having navigated her own challenges. One of her workshops is titled “From Love of Cooking to Bulimia to Love of Cooking.” • Mindful Breathing: Whether you need a quick fix before an important meeting or a deeper practice, she is your go-to friend. Her diploma essay is an "Ode to the Breath." These techniques can help you with anxiety, relax your body-mind, become present in the moment, and make more sound decisions.  • NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest): Also known as traditional Yoga Nidra, this practice allows you to unwind, rejuvenate, and imprint your mind with gentle suggestions and setting intentions. It helps with visualization and mental capabilities. • Astrology: Think of it as your cosmic GPS for self-discovery! Awareness and understanding give you the keys to your free will, a key to anticipation —no crystal balls here; she's definitely not a fortune teller! • Trauma:  the resilience that arises from it and ways to reframe the experience. Train your mind, via the breath and with simple mindful exercises.
