Hello, I am a solar construction operations expert with 15 years of experience leading several solar companies from large to small scale, I believe in finding the strengths in each and every individual in an operation and leveraging their talents to build a strong seamless operation. I have always had the mindset of a champion, continuously improving and adjusting to maintain industry and market leadership. Good enough is not enough. The best line I have read is this: "If you don't disrupt your market, someone else will.." Proving your value to your stakeholders and customers is a circle of pursuit you are chasing.
