Hi! I have been working in the tech space for the last 15 years in companies like Deloitte, Slalom, and other startups. I’ve been managing projects in the education technology space for the last 7 years and in the last 5 years I’ve moonlighted as a mushroom grower. I started my own mushroom growing business from my Brooklyn apartment and shortly after I was providing fresh mushrooms to chefs in Brooklyn.
