Sal started his journey in business when he dropped out of The Ohio State University in 2016 to pursue a career in Real Estate. He quickly invested his savings into a duplex, which was the initial investment for his first company, Vane Enterprises. From there, he will tell you he became addicted to Real Estate. The rest is history. Building a real estate organization with development, holdings, and wholesale divisions. All of which are heavily focused on the super niche investment class of affordable housing opportunities and what used to be known as the section 8 program. Today Sal owns nearly 200 rental units worth nearly $20 million dollars in his 20’s. As well as successfully diving headfirst into the ultra-competitive Mortgage and Insurance spaces. Sal has a strong passion for helping others succeed in any way he can, and prides himself on being a "millionaire maker." He lives by a motto that he learned from his grandfather - "make a friend today, make a deal tomorrow."
