About Me
There is a stronger, more actualized, empowered, and vibrant version of you that already exists in the future. My goal is to help you meet that person. I’m a talent manager and producer at Zero Gravity Management, one of the industry’s leading representation firms behind top hits in film and television. I was nominated as Talent Manager of the Year at the most recent Heller Awards. I joined my firm as a department head at 29 after building and running my own successful independent company. My work spans film, television, digital, and unscripted formats, with deep experience in business development. I represent actors, writers, directors, hosts, digital creators, and thought leaders in news and politics. Last year, two of my clients hosted separate shows on America’s #1 network in prime time. I’ve helped build careers, broker major deals, and guide rising leaders—through strategy and by helping clients connect with their most powerful selves. I serve as a Los Angeles City Commissioner for Cultural Affairs, appointed by the former mayor and reappointed by the current one. I also sit on multiple nonprofit and civic boards. At 27, I began teaching the popular course Building Your Career in Traditional, New, and Emerging Media at UCLA, the nation’s top public university. Though I stepped away from teaching in 2020 due to scheduling demands, I deeply value mentorship and still seek ways to share what I’ve learned. I specialize in helping people walk into rooms with presence, tell their story with clarity, and navigate complex industries without losing their soul. My faith, values, and deep connection to humanity are the foundation of my leadership. I believe we need strong leaders with moral clarity—people who are both sensitive and stoic, genuine and strategic, empathetic and tough. @RAYDPJ on Instagram
