About Me
Hello Beautiful People! My name is Nadia Mills PT. I am a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals of all cultures, genders, and sexual orientations to achieve their best quality of life and optimal wellness through this specialized care. My journey began at Texas Woman’s University, where I earned my Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005. My own birthing experience and its aftermath ignited my passion for pelvic health, leading me to develop my expertise through advanced training with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Institute for Birth Healing. These experiences and training have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care in the treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions (PFD). In my practice, I offer both virtual and in-person appointments, creating a safe and empathetic environment where individuals of all genders, body types, and identities can address a wide range of pelvic floor issues. Whether you're dealing with incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, or the physical changes related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery, I am here to support you with personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. My approach integrates manual therapies, biofeedback, lifestlye modifications, and targeted exercises, all tailored to your unique needs. I also understand the specific challenges faced by men with pelvic health issues, such as Chronic Prostatitis (CP), Erectile Dysfunction (ED), or Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS). My goal is to provide compassionate, confidential care to help you navigate these sensitive concerns and find relief. Beyond clinical care, I am also dedicated to sharing my knowledge through training, workshops, and presentations across North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa. My mission is to raise awareness about pelvic health, promote self-love and body positivity, and provide valuable insights and practical strategies for managing pelvic floor dysfunctions in a respectful and inclusive manner. Continuous learning is vital to me, and I stay current with the latest advancements in pelvic health through ongoing education, serving as a teaching assistant, and professional development. This ensures that I offer the most effective and up-to-date treatments available. Whether you're seeking relief through virtual or in-person visits or looking to gain more knowledge through one of my presentations, I am here to support you on your journey to better health. It is an honor to be part of your path to wellness, and I am committed to helping you achieve a more comfortable and vibrant life. Best wishes, Nadia Mills PT
