I see these patterns in how people are managed, how customers are treated, and how business assets are misused. Being a critical thinker within the Business World & Academic World helps me reveal hidden asset acquisition opportunities, skill development, and stronger ways to connect a talented team together and relate a company's mission with the Life Goals of niche customers. Due to years of delivering One To One Tutoring sessions with adult learners from different backgrounds and learning challenges, Lecturing, Authoring value driven books, and Leading undergraduate modules, Co-ordinating a professional team of lecturers, I was able to identify the most common struggles people faced. I then directly started to address those challenges because they were Pain Points people wanted to avoid, such as Paraphrasing, Business Growth, People Management, Achieving standards, Learning Resource Delivery, ROI, Skill Development, and so on. At the end of the day, I realise that I am helping people to become more Self Motivated, Self Confident, to take ACTION on their ideas and pursue their Passions because they already have TALENT but just need guidance, steps, and a careful plan to utilise their Gifts effectively to achieve the best results.
