I started as a Registered Nurse on the Medical Surgical Floor at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where I sharpened my clinical skills and deepened my understanding of patient care over a three-year period. Currently, as an Admissions Nurse at Trustbridge Hospice, I specialize in hospice care and admissions processes, dedicating myself to providing compassionate end-of-life care. Before my transition into nursing, I developed a strong background in customer service and financial management. My role as a Senior Credit Analyst at Bank of America involved evaluating customer accounts and managing financial liabilities. This position honed my abilities in accurate credit assessments and fraud prevention. I also have experience as an Assistant Manager and Patient Account Representative, managing financial documents and customer interactions effectively. My professional foundation includes serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Non-Commissioned Officer and Aviation Electrician. During my nearly six-year tenure, I managed critical maintenance actions for aircraft and led a team of Marines, showcasing my leadership, technical skills, and capacity to operate under pressure. In my current role at Trustbridge Hospice, I blend my clinical expertise and leadership skills. I am particularly adept at navigating healthcare systems, improving patient care strategies,and leading teams efficiently.
