Currently Matt owns hundreds of rental properties, a full service real estate brokerage (over $100MM in avg. annual sales), mortgage business, a property management company (over 1000 units under management), and a construction/development business (avg. over 20 development projects per year). Matt has a dual degree in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
