Was part of the core team in developing our proprietary agency management system. From concept, business rules, UI/UX, etc. Led finance division for all payroll and responsible for the processing of a few hundred million dollars of commission. In private high level negotiation rooms with leading Fortune 500 companies in the insurance industry. Planned, negotiated, sourced, produced and executed events and incentives ranging from 50 to 15,000 people over the last 13 years. Hosted events at the MGM Grand Garden Arena and many prestigious venues both domestic and international.
