Keith Bogans is a retired NBA veteran and defensive specialist with extensive experience and a passion for basketball and fitness training. A key contributor to multiple teams throughout his career, Keith was born and raised in Alexandria, VA, and attended DeMatha Catholic High School, where he honed his skills under legendary coach Morgan Wooten. He then played for the University of Kentucky Wildcats, leading them to an Elite Eight appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the 2003 NBA draft, Keith was traded to the Orlando Magic on draft day. Over his career, he played for several teams, including the Charlotte Bobcats, Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, Brooklyn Nets, and Boston Celtics.
