I am a 33 year old father, husband, and entrepreneur. I own and operate L.A.K.E. Enterprises Inc., a sales and marketing company in Austin, TX. I have grown my company from 2 employees to 20 employees. I build and develop sales teams and then further develop those reps into management so we can expand and open more offices. I focus not just on professional growth for my team, but also heavily on personal growth which is something I know well. At 23 years old I went to prison for 5 years on drug charges. At 28 I was released and moved in with my dad. By 30 I was married with a child and had already built my business to $500k in annual revenue. I went from felon, convict to CEO. I know all about what it takes to change your life, develop yourself, deal with adversity, and come out on top as a winner. Now I am looking to share my journey, knowledge, and expertise to help others grow who are on a similar path or who have similar experience. One thing I know, is that to keep winning, you have to be of service to others.
